We implemented a cutting-edge intelligent performance management system for the sports facilities of the Qatar World Cup. This solution was designed to address energy and water consumption, as well as their interrelationship, aiming to achieve significant reductions in energy demand (up to 30%) and water usage (up to 10%). 

The project developed innovative tools for intelligent performance management, integrating considerations for energy, water usage, and their nexus. These tools leverage advanced optimization, simulation, and data-driven modelling techniques, tailored to meet the unique requirements of stadiums and sports facilities. Beyond addressing the core challenges of energy and water consumption and their nexus, the system also prioritizes the well-being and safety of sports facility users. Moreover, it fosters a novel relationship and business model framework between facility managers and energy/water providers, contributing to broader societal and environmental benefits.
